Summer House Concert III

My buddy Mike held his annual house concert over the weekend, and it featured a few returning artists, including Jhana Allan and Alice Cotton, as well as newcomer Anousha Victoire. I was asked to bring my camera, which, given that Mike is more than an accomplished photographer himself, is always humbling.
I opted for the Canon R8 and my vintage Nikon Nikkor 85mm f/1.8. I always love shooting bands and musicians with this lens for some reason; it just feels right, even if the manual focusing means I miss a lot of shots. The music itself was fantastic, as always, as were the general vibes of the event, with the only downside being the absolutely ferocious mosquitoes.
Was it still worth it, though? Absolutely.
