Sanctuary at the Water's Edge is the second collaborative project produced with Uniplan and the first to adopt a documentary format, focusing on the Turtle Sands holiday park on the Bundaberg coastline.

This project had an unusual development cycle, as much of it was retrospective. As a result, a large amount of material had to be sourced from other suppliers to document the development of the holiday park that became the focus of the film. The director and I also had the opportunity to fly to Bundaberg to capture footage of the completed holiday park, as well as additional construction footage from the Uniplan factory and a series of new interviews.

Alongside showcasing Uniplan's largest project to date, the documentary also served as the launch platform for the company's latest brand refresh and helped establish the visual style for all future video case studies.
