Coastal Path
Over the long weekend, I hiked the 13km Coastal Path from Lennox Head to Ballina, camera gear in tow. What should've been a 2.5-hour walk turned into a 6-hour spec shoot, chasing light and beachscapes. Despite forgetting to clean one of my sensors, I captured some shots edging closer to the 16mm feel of Morning of the Earth (1972). It may never lead to work, but sunrise shooting and learning on the go made it all worth it.
NEGS Open Day
NEGS was kind enough to invite me back for a second time, this time to cover their annual Open Day. It was an incredibly hectic morning, to be sure, but one full of fantastic photographic opportunities.
